Carbon and glass fibre profiles in customised lengths

In many cases, the standard lengths of our products (500 mm, 1000 mm and 2000 mm) are not sufficient. Adapting the profiles to specific lengths is therefore a custom-made solution that is used frequently. Our machines and processes are easily capable of producing both very long and very short profiles.

Long profiles

In theory it is possible to produce infinite lengths by means of our pultrusion process, because it is a continuous process. On the practical side, the maximum length is normally determined by the limitations of packaging and shipping. But even then, if profiles are sufficiently flexible, they can be wound continuously on reels to achieve great lengths.

Short profiles

As a result of our high-grade and fully-automated cutting machines, we are capable of cutting micro lengths with an extremely high degree of accuracy - even starting from a few millimetres. Our machines are also capable of supplying these short tubes, rods and strips free from burrs and within very low tolerances.
